Locate the unique certificate number on your AGTL report, usually found at the top right corner.
Our system checks the number against our secure database to confirm its validity.
Receive immediate confirmation of your report's authenticity and access detailed information.
Your certificate number is located at the top right corner of your AGTL report. It typically follows the format "AGTL-YYYY-XXXXX" where YYYY is the year of issue and XXXXX is a unique five-digit number.
If your certificate is not found in our database, first double-check that you've entered the number correctly. If the problem persists, your report may have been issued before 2005 (before our digital database was established) or there may be an issue with the certificate. Please contact our support team for assistance.
Our online verification system contains records for all certificates issued after January 1, 2005. For certificates issued before this date, please contact our customer service department with a copy of your report, and we can verify its authenticity through our archival records.
For valid certificates, you'll see the gemstone type, carat weight, dimensions, origin (when determinable), treatment information, and the date of issue. This allows you to confirm that the details match the gemstone you own or are considering purchasing.
If you have concerns about a potentially fraudulent AGTL certificate, please contact us immediately with the certificate number and any supporting documentation. Our security team will investigate and advise you on the appropriate steps to take.
